Software

Model Selection
ChengCheng Zhai '18, Hackman Scholar, and I are developing R software that performs variable selection in mixed models. The variable selection is performed with respect to fixed terms while preserving effect hierarchy (these include main effects, interactions between main effects, and polynomial terms).
  • The current R package can be downloaded below. Before you install the package in R, please remove the .txt extension.
An example and a very brief description of the features can be found here.

CoNcaD

I developed R software to implement CoNcaD algorithm from Draguljic, Dean, and Santner (2012). The algorithm constructs constrained noncollapsing designs suitable for computer experiments.
