Facilities Planning and Capital Projects at F&M is responsible for all construction and renovation projects, including programming studies, phases of design, development, bidding, awarding of contracts, and construction oversight.
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)

Samuel N. and Dena M. Lombardo Welcome Center

Prospective students, families, alumni and friends of the College will be met with warmth, inspiration, and history at F&M鈥檚 new Samuel N. and Dena M. Lombardo Welcome Center, which will be located in the College Square building.
